Personality:

Slim's personality is similar to that of a regular Engineer's, except he has a lot more intelligence than them. He has the knowledge and full understanding of electricity, the objects that use it, and how they both work. (e.g. Knowing what power boxes are capable of doing.)

Abilities:

Slim has an incredible ability to use and control electricity at an extremely high voltage.
He can overcharge electronics to make them operate stronger. (e.g. Friendly Sappers, allowing them to "sap" faster.)
He can cast thunder wherever he points his Gunslinger towards.
He can traverse through wiring and/or electronics (e.g. Power cables, Television monitors, etc.) across anywhere in the Freak world at approx. the speed of light, or even A LOT faster.
He can manipulate electronics into attempting specific operations.
He can send off a wide-spanned electromagnetic pulse that temporarily disables buildings within a range of 4 meters for a duration of 5 seconds.
