The Cosmic Blessed With Eyes are the Judges, Jury & Executioners of existence. The Judge Classifications are Eternal & have perfect Judgment that is infallible. They are still fair & have their discord with their Jurors to hear the cases of the individuals, organization, species & entire Galactic Systems. Once judgment is passed, they call forward their executioners if found unworthy or guilty which is a rare phenomenon that is witnessed by the Collective of the Universes to set an example of. Most cases are not met with the Executioners because most cases are given a 2nd & a rare 3rd chance.
The Perfects are babies to showcase their innocence & incorruptible nature but are born eternal with knowledge of the Eons.
