Google and a couple of more recources tell me Yongheng means "Eternal, timeless". Here is two almost timeless things combined
Anyway.
I know Dracthyr's visage cannot be anything but the elf\human thing, Yong's is mogu.
Also if be a bit off canon - he is more of a serpent-esk dracthyr. Aka no wings and he just hovers with magic.
