She looks sad, apparently its true that artists moods can be reflected in their art. Its not the usual look you would get when someone looks as she does. Generally a person might expect a lavish grin across her lips.
But I think the sadness softens her and just makes her look beautiful. Its a very simple and pretty drawing. And the coloring is excellent.
