"A Pokemon fused through Scientific means. Popbunny is incredibly playful and athletic, It loves acrobatics and showing off. A game it likes to play, is blowing a bubble, then playing catch with other Pokemon using its tail to hit it back. Because of its Scorbunny Heritage, it's able to heat up the water it spits out, this can range from lukewarm to scorching hot. Unfortunately, this means it cannot use ice type attacks.
