Description
I decided to do some fan art of some old non-Pokemon and non-Disney movies that I love and that I feel could use a little bit more love. So here are Charlie and Itchy from All Dogs Go To Heaven. There are some inconsistencies with their coloration and design because, well, there are inconsistencies with them in the movies and series. For example Charlies beauty mark (the dark spot on his face) is only in the first movie while it doesn't exist in the second movie, series or Christmas special. This picture was drawn completely with my tablet.

That's right Charlie, You can't keep a good dog down.

Charlie is clearly up to no good.
