Tuli is a young rose that still has to fully grow her thorns...She likes to have fun and play with Lillian. (Who she calls Mother) Tuli also likes Lillian's bug friend Flug. The one time Lillian brought her to see her birth mother Rosa she didn't want to hear anything she had to say. She doesn't like the fact that Rosa gave her up but she still keeps a smile on her face when she is with Lillian.
