This is animated and requires Dream scene activated on windows which is free from: www.mediafire.com/download/9nq… Its in my mediafire for your security as it can be dodge getting the download.

It is an animated terminal background for use with rainmeter and other programs to make the best fallout terminal desktop made it using sony vegas and rendered into WMV for use and Dream scene doesn't like other formats.

I have seen alot of these background on youtube and that and couldn't find an animated version so hopefully i save someone hours of searching.
