Tall as a mountain with the force of an avalanche, Akuru has earned a wild reputation amongst the Frontier Expedition and the International Police. She’s been known to start throwing fists before Pokéballs, and has escaped custody multiple times through sheer force alone. Even among Jubillee members she keeps up her mean streak, mandating anyone she deems acting out-of-line to a weight-lifting competition.

Her rough-and-tumble attitude was why she was specifically chosen for a secretive mission to research Space-time Distortions. She had gone MIA for a few years before recently returning with a team of Pokémon only seen in old Sinnohan records. Twice as feral as she used to be, she now fights in a distinctly aggressive style, able to command the speed and power of her Pokémon’s attacks on a whim.
