The face plate on Earth Union helmets can be removed for easier breathing and ventilation. Regulations on when the face plate had to be worn varied unit by unit.Also worth noting in this piece is the rifle, which is a STORM 2 A2. The most obvious difference between this and other STORM models is the iron sight attached to the gas block, an item which most STORM rifles lacked.
