The main purpose is to help motivate myself and others to draw art of characters they struggle to design without worrying about feeliing to bad about the result or spending to long on the drawing itself. Just remember it's perfectly fine to skip a a few days or take a break if you want. The whole point is to not stress yourself out of character design.
