any longtime watcher of mine would know exactly who he is, but for all the newer watchers here (like, ALL of them), lemme give you a summary of who he is

Charlie is a tiny little sun deity with super solar powers and the nephew of Handy. He earned his powers thanks to a sun angel whom he freed from a bear trap deep in the woods far away from Reeversburg. Upon freeing her, she granted him the ability of becoming solar-powered, meaning he can use his powers that are as strong as the heat of the sun. He's playful and generous, but he can also be deemed extremely dangerous if his powers aren't handled responsibly. His powers also allow him to transform into the very thing he cherishes most: cats.
