The ministry government offices in Putrajaya. There quite a number of them, all dressed up in different designs and the massiveness is just outstanding. When we reached there, there was nobody around, just like a dead town. You can actually lie down on the main road. I didn't bothered to explore the other buildings, but I should and now I deeply regret. Shot during the early morning, Sunday. Might had been that.

It doesnt need to have any meaning as long there is a focal point and some foreground interest
Remember, I am not there to document, but to take photos artistically.

Convert it to black and white, then use the colour balance... make colour contrast, such as example, if the highlight is yellow, then the shadow should be blue... play around and make it even. Then later saturate the overall colours. There you go.

I desaturated using gradient map tool, it gives more contrast without blowing off the highlights and killing the shadows. Then you play with the colour balance, dont try to make it look like it has been added colour to it. Later you saturate around 60% or less... dont go over the rate.
