Rosemary sighed at the wailing ball of fur in her arms. She was at it again; the second her mate stepped out of their home, her little 'bundle of joy' would wail. The newborn would cry herself to sleep only to wake up and do it all over again. Was she hungry? Sick, maybe? The Quilladin couldn't be certain; the child refused every meal that was offered to her. Three days without a meal would make any normal person upset. Rose glanced at the door, desperate for the child's father to return. She would give anything for a few minutes of rest.Yeah... they've never gotten along.
