(it varies depending on someone's height, but I measure proportions by head, shoulders, waist, and knees

Theres a few methods

1) Head counting

2) Halves (head to waist and waist to knee)

3) Thirds (shoulder to waist, waist to knee, knee to foot)

Proportions are difficult, I still struggle with it myself
