I've come... some distance from my early days of Pokemon Splices. Now I can kinda sorta do it all by scratch.
This is the Poison-type regional form of Spritzee from my fan region: Kambioh. Also included is the regional evolution Effluvile. I still wanted to keep a bit of plague doctor to its design, but I also didn't want it to be too cool or pretty so I went with an abhorrent blimp boogieman thing.
I'll put game stats here eventually but I just want to throw the sprites up here first.
