This is Elliot, my Oc once more. This time around he is getting punished for not doing what hes told. But let his expression fool you, he seems to enjoy this sorth of thing more than it seemsSeems like my painting tecniques are getting better. I am so happy to be improving , but i know that i can still do better *u*

It took me aprox 11 hours to paint it and i used a Bamboo Tablet and Photoshop CS6
