This is a big project, at least in terms of length. Almost sixteen feet from end to end. Eight blocks each 11x2x2", joined by 8" of rope to simulate detonator cord, with 24" of rope on each end.

This is what a lot of satchel charges were composed of in the US forces during World War Two. Twenty pounds of tetrytol explosives forms formed around a single piece of detonator cord.

With any luck I'll soon have a replica satchel to store them in.
