22 August 2023 update:Comments are switched off because this is not the page to be stalking/begging whoever blocked you to unblock you. This is not the place to stir up drama or try to start witch hunts.
If someone has blocked you, accept their decision and move on.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. First, click near your username on the top of the screen and a menu should drop down. Click on Settings
2. Next, click on General and scroll down until you find Blocked Users
3.Highlight the name of the user you want to unblock, then delete their name and click on Save
You should now be able to talk to that user, unless they have you blocked.

NOTES
-DA has updated the website but this method should still work. Click on account settings, go down to General and scroll down to Blocked Users. Add a name, then click save to add, or click on the cross next to their name to unblock them.
-Stop asking me to ask X person to unblock you. If they want to block you, that's their choice. Pressuring or nagging me will result in myself blocking you as well.

This is after DeviantArt's update where if you have blocked a user or they
have blocked you, you are unable to view their page or content unless you
are not signed in.

What you do is go into settings in General and go to your blocked users list,
then you highlight the name of the user you want to unblock and delete the name,
then press save

Well this should make it very clear in the long run.
Even though it's obvious he knows how to get to the block list (since he used it so much) this way he can't say he 'forgot' or doesn't know how.
