(My work in progress AU set after the events of Sonic X)

20 years after the fall of the Meterex, the galaxy is still healing from the destruction their actions had caused. Many species are either extinct or endangered, and there are many planet eggs without planets to return to. But, when the devastation was thought to have been irreversible, the Alliance Under Peace was born. The AUP works toward unifying the surviving species, providing aid to struggling species, and reviving long dead planets and species while also handling any new threats against the galaxy.

Cosmo, who’s sacrifice paved the way for the galaxy to heal and rebuild, became the symbol of the AUP as the Mother of Peace.

Sections of the Alliance Under Peace:
Project Restoration: Where the main resources and manpower is currently directed toward. Project Restoration works toward reviving endangered or extinct species, as well as reviving dead or dying planets. In some special cases, they've had to build new planets from scratch; labeled the Fresh Soil Protocol.

If they can find a sufficient amount of DNA, they will mainly use cloning to revive extinct species. This only works 87% percent of the time, however, as some species don't respond well to the artificiality of cloning. If the species can't be revived, then the next best option is to have the species live on through the Daughters of Peace until a new solution is devised.

Daughters of Peace: (Formerly the Children of Peace) In this AU, the seedrian are a highly adaptive species. If the female seedrian is exposed to foreign DNA while in their tree form, the resulting offspring will take on the genetic traits of the foreign DNA. How much of the traits the hybrid offspring will express is randomized, with some of the children looking more seedrian, and others looking more like the foreign DNA. After realizing this, the combining of DNA to produce the hybrid seedrians was seen as the symbol of unity under Cosmo's wish for peace, resulting in the Daughters of Peace. Functionally, most of the daughters live out their lives like how everyone else on their birth planet does. However, some are selected for specific roles, like the daughters chosen to assist the Champions of Peace.

Champions of Peace: The individuals chosen to defend the galaxy against any new rising threat. Currently each member is of a different species, and they all live on a giant ship, Champion’s Call, together. Though they, for the most part, are allowed to do their own thing while on the ship, they are able to respond to any threat at a moment's notice.

Council of Peace: Representatives from each species under the Society of Peace that regularly gather to make decisions regarding the SoP’s laws, members, and many other important aspects.
