Gains:

-DISTORTION-
Evolved Pyronites are capable of distorting themselves and the area arouns them. They can control what these distortions are. They can make everything taller, shorter, bendy like a crazy straw, etc. Like when you look into a wonky mirror or something.

The distortion itself, however, isn't capable of harming anybody. They also have to be within 50 feet of the ring around the Pyronite's body, meaning they can escape and go back to normal. And the distortions can't, for example, make them too big, or else parts of their body wouldn't be in range of the distortion. Distortions also affect everything in the radius, meaning everything is changed, not just specific things.

It's mainly useful for avoiding attacks and messing up someone's movement, since suddenly growing 20 feet taller will do that to you.

As mentioned earlier, they can distort themselves rather than the area around them. This is done by removing the ring around their body. But, again, they need to be within 50 feet of the ring, which is unaffected by the Pyronite's distortion abilities.

These distortion abilities can be used from a distance, as long as the ring is in that spot.

-LIGHT MANIPULATION-
Evolved Pyronites are able to absorb and manipulate light to their liking, but they must directly touch it, and energy attacks will still damage them, even when the light is absorbed. They can then fire the light back out as fire, or a fire construct, which can vary in size depending on the amount of light absorbed.

Losses:
-Terrakinesis
-Distant Heat Absorption (Must now directly be touched)
-Infinite Fire Supply (Now requires light and heat absorption to produce fire)

Extra: The ring is made of a bunch of little glowing lava rocks.
