Description
This took such a long time and it doesn't even have all the ships here- but I don't care, I'm not drawing a second fam tree.
1st Generation
Granny Diane Smith Apple would be considered being in this Generation, but she has passed away and I might draw her in the future.
2nd Generation
Golden Sprint (mare) and Hazel Bolt Bow (stallion) are the parents of Dashing Gaze.
Quibbles Races parents are unknown. He actually hasn't met them either, but his aunt and uncle had been taking care of him from the age of 2 to 18. (I haven't drawn them as you can tell)
Moon Ice (stallion) and Azure Velvet (mare) are the parents of Twi Moonlight Spark and former captain, Prince Shining Silver.
Princess Amore Crystal is headcannonly the sister of the former Queen, Princess Celestia Eva Crystal and former Queen (of Equestria), Luna Night Crystal.
Princess Cadences' distant relative is Princess Amore and her aunts are Celestia and Luna.
Princess Celestia is married to Prince Thorax, making her a Princess again.
Prince Thorax was in a relationship with (former Princess) Rainy Trail.
Queen Luna is married to King Sombra, making her a queen again.
CrumbleVine Belle (mare) and Josh Bullseye Belle (stallion) are the parents of Rarity HighSky (took the name of husband) and Sweet Music Belle.
Igneous Rock Pie (stallion) and Quartz Stone Pie (mare) are the parents of Maud Pie, Limestone Pie, Marble Pie and Pinkamena Pie.

Deceased Bright McApple and Deceased Pear Butter Apple were the parents of Harper Jack Apple, Bloom Apple and Big McApple Junior.
Mr. and Mrs. Shy (Cloud Catcher and Mystic Flower) are the parents of Zephyr Breeze and Flutterprint.
3rd Generation
Dashing Gaze and Quibble Race are not married yet, but they are together and they don't plan on marrying anytime soon.
(former Lord) King Discord of Chaos and Queen Twi are married.
Prince Shining Silver and Princess Cadence are married.
Prince Dawn Dream is the only child of Princess Celestia and Prince Thorax. Prince Dawn was born a year before Princess Cadenca and grew up with her.
Thunderlane and Rarity are married.
Rarity was together with Maud Pie, their relationship not working, they broke up. Never married.
Limestone is single and does not like anybody.
Marble is single, but has a crush on Troubleshoe Feather.
Pinkie and Cheese Lily(pad) are married.
McIntosh Jr. and Sugar Bell are married.
Harper Jack Apple and Soarin are married.
Flutterprint and Bumbbell are married.
Starlight Flake and Sunburst are married.
4th Generation
Scootaloo and Spike Onyx are together.
Princess Flurry HeartRing is the only child of Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Silver.
Blue Note is a young single "mother" mare. The child of ???.
Sweet Candy and Button Metric are together.
Bloom and Rumble are married.
5th Generation
Dash and Quibble have three kids.
Petal Shine (mare), Scrabble Seed (stallion) and they have adopted Scoots as one of their own.
Scoots and Spike have one child, called Firefly (Peppermint).
King Discord and Queen Twi have two twins and a dragon.
Princess Aurora (mare), Prince Aummon (stallion) and they have adopted Spike as their son, since Twi raised him, when he was still in his egg.
Blue Note got a son called Chilly Charge Mist (colt) with a very young age, when she never wanted kids.
She has disowned him and instead Rainy Trail has adopted him.
Queen Luna and King Sombra have two children.
Crimson Venture (stallion) and they have adopted Cozy Glow (mare).
Rarity and Thunderlane have two kids.
Smokey (colt) and Snow Twist (colt).
Maud Pie and Rairy have had a child magically made that they named Swing Rain (mare).
Their child has lived with Rarity, until she moved out.
Pinkie and Cheese have two children.
Cinnamon Cake (mare) and Yellow Well (stallion).
McIntosh Jr. and Sugar Bell have and only child.
Lil' Hoof Apple (mare).
Harper and Soarin have three children.
Jaqueline Apple (mare), Lucy Haze apple (mare) and Amber Apple (stallion)
Bloom and Rumble have two twins.
Meteor Fang (stallion/they/them), Charm Chaser (stallion)
Flutterprint and Dumbbell have two kids.
Ace Strikes (stallion-adopted) and Whistle Breeze Jade (stallion).
Starlight and Sunburst have an only child.
Luster dawn (mare).
Zecora has a child.
Nym (mare).
(I need to see if I'll keep Luna and Sombra, Cozy Glows adoptive parents.)
