Description

This is Pixie, she is slightly over a year old kitten I rescued last fall/early winter from out behind my shop, her mother abandoned her under a trailer.

She was combat kitty when I first brought her home, claws and pointy little teeth ready for the tender skin on my hands. those little teeth really hurt.

But over this past year she has grown and matured in to a gentle, playful, and loving friend.

My heart is almost in pieces today because we learned she had picked up a parasite in her blood (apparently while she was feral) and had developed major gallstones that require surgery.

Sadly the surgery between the diagnostics and actual surgery will be close to $15,000, I tried to come up with any way we could do this.

So we are making her as comfortable as possible and giving tons of extra love and attention.

So all I ask is if you see this, please have a kind thought for her.
