Occupation: Taxi Driver
Description: Palmer makes a living out of driving around Stowfield, and knows it better than anyone. An extremely friendly person, he's willing to help out anyone, be it friend, enemy or complete stranger. As a result, he is extremely popular with nearly everyone.

Dislikes: Currently unknown - it's not often he's upset or angry.

WALD TRUMAN
Occupation: Traffic Warden
Description: After Gil, Wald is probably the most hated person in Stowfield. He is extremely strict and follows the rules to the book and then some. Consequences for any parking offences are quite severe...if you're lucky.
Side Taken: Gil. They're actually childhood friends, and Wald will quite happily allow Gil to do what he likes.
Likes:"The satisfaction of a good day's work", as he puts it.
Dislikes:Any case of blatant idiocity...people who park in front of "No Parking" signs really annoy him, for example.
