Name: Oscar Mire
Oscar is a total gadget freak and computer hacker. He grew up in a corporate farming facility. At the age of nine he was building his own generators to power his self designed PC and to run the computer programs he wrote. At the age of 17, his parents' lives were taken by the schemes of a ruthless young corporate exec within the facility. Homeless and alone, he befriended a band of nomad families and shortly after moved to Cyburg.

For the next three years Oscar plotting his revenge on the Agricon exec who killed his family. Oscar delved into the world of black market software and cybernetics and hired himself out as a freelance assassin/hacker. He joined a nationwide secret movement known as the Underground aimed at keeping the people free from corporate tyranny and opression. Several of the jobs he involved himself with worked toward his goal of revenge. He made many enemies but one almost ended his career and his life. A rival mecenary and his 'Net hacker partner went after Oscar in a big way.

Oscar simply divided his time between intricate plans for the Agricon exec and his rivals. After two years, it was time. Once his plans went into action, the Agricon exec's career was ruined when certain activities came to light. The rival merc's peers killed him and his hacker partner to avenge a disgrace that the two were proved to be involved with regarding the abduction of several children. Oscar still gives each of his enemies the same amount of attention to this day.

Oscar met Crash and Burn during an attack on the Cyburg office of Medicom Neuralware. United against this common enemy, it was these three alone who were able to stop the corporation from controlling the 'Net Space of Chicago. Oscar is an eccentric "mad scientist" genius with a slightly off-kilter view of the world. He has never been to Glenwood as retained a lot of his humanity despite his amount of cyberware. He has become a literal one-man crime lab for Psycho Squad and is a valued "unofficail" part of the team.

Major Cyberware: Replacement right arm with tool capabilites, two cyberlegs with retractable storage/holster compartments in the thighs, and completely chromed cybereyes.
