Distoon? What on earth is that, some of you may ask? It's a cartoon, but Disney. Okay, I made that term up.
Anyway, I was inspired by The-Driz's Nicktoon Week and Cartoon Network Week drawings. I am surprised he has yet to do one for Disney.
But the problem with Disney cartoons is that most of them, with an exception of some like Gravity Falls, aren't remembered as much compared to most Nicktoons or Cartoon Network shows.
So, for Distoon Week, I've decided to draw one or more characters from each Disney cartoon I'll do. So, no Marvel-related stuff, Star Wars-related stuff, films (both live-action and animated), Fox-related stuff, sitcoms, Club Penguin, Toon Town, any acquired show, nor even Gravity Falls, SVTFOE, nor WOY will be involved.
First up for Distoon Week, it's none other than Disney's mascot, Mickey Mouse. The mouse that has had a preschool show, been in a game franchise with Final Fantasy characters, appeared with Bugs Bunny in an animated film, etc. I drew him in the art style of 2013 shorts while mixing my style in it: i.ytimg.com/vi/4C4Cos0GiN8/hqd… . Other than his legs and shoes, I think I did a pretty okay job on him.
