so he doesn't have a name but boy he has a story and plenty of traumaaaaa

'born' and raised in an underground science facility, this guy is a walking experiment. legit the scientists are surprised he's still up and walking and hasn't like, blown up yet. They use his resilience to test a fair amount of tech.
He's a highly valuable item though, so isn't lent out like some of the other subject except in special cases - they like to keep him close to home.

His left arm is the latest prototype because the first few...didn't go down so well with their subjects. The shoulder brace helps him carry it.
Those aren't his original wings - they were grown separately because the first ones were 'faulty'. A new [and still experimental] method of interchangeable wing attachments replaced those old ones and these are the ones he wears the most.
His right eye is highly advanced but ugly technology. They've made nicer ones, but he gets to keep the successful prototype.
His tail is usually bordering on solid bc he's always on edge.
Don't worry, he gets out of this...eventually.
