I did an A2 pencil piece recently of Vincent (FF), worse decision ever lol, took me aaaaages....although i am sat here right now doing one in biro, what was i thinking

Haha yeah, i get soo bored, sometimes leave it for months intending to go back to it...never do. Ive even made a folder for all my unfinished photoshop files thats how many i have -_- lol

Although i find traditional media tends to take a lot less time. My art teacher says im a perfectionist so i even take my time when it comes to drawing/ painting hehe (if you ask me its not that perfect)

Tbh ive never tried to use pencil and charcoal together, is the latter to get the really dark bits? Or is there something youre not telling me hehe

but i might try that some time Although, i dont like using pencil because it smudges onto your hand and then it rubs off all over the picture so you have to rub it out and shade it again otherwise its too light etc hehe

Haha no i mean pencil, charcoal is worse I think i ended up switching to a pen instead. Its two fold really, doesnt fade/ smudge and if it goes wrong you can take out a little of the anger on the paper by ripping it up and throwing it in the bin.....=\ or just learn to cover it up your mistakes slightly

I am not scared to admit my love for things that are perceived as "feminine things". I just don't know if I thought it was good. I think it could have used more drinking, more row-boating, a zombie or two, and a soundtrack by No Doubt. Otherwise it was ok.
