Description
the episode starts where Emily wakes up asking Carolyn what job offers have come in today.Carolyn says that no job offers have come in recently. Emily was surprised, thinking that the Carolyn looked a little different. the random dofference of the two pupppets spooks them both. All this leads Carolyn seeing the other puppets outside looking a bit different too. she then concludes that some unseen force changed them. and thoroughly convinced that she, Carolyn, and the other puppets are being screwed with a little.Samantha Steckmeyer spawns a news report about how many puppets, including herself, have been slightly different. meanwhile, back at the Strings Attached Hotel, Emily announces that the matter they need to discuss is overwhelmingly clear. Alice agrees, accusing Jill (sk8er girl) of hogging all the Gameboy games. Jill questions why Alice even wants it, since she can't tell the graphics apart. Alice mentions that that is what specifically enlightens her. Carolyn clarifies that she and Emily are concerned that some force changed them a bit more....flatter. Alice proceeds to call bullcrud on the "unknown force" thing. Emily calls her out on it by challenging her to come up with a reason that Count Blueblood from 2 episodes ago might get payback on Carolyn. Carolyn then stated "wha?". Alice calls the Belmont flashbacks the work of either stonemasons or the Illuminati. Emily ups the ante by daring him to explain the amount of crossovers from the other few episodes. Alice angrily mentions that she would, if her brain had previously not been shut off by a slam by Terryman. Emily proceeds to call bullcrud on Alice's bullcrud. Carolyn suggests that the puppets go around and see if anything else weird happens. Jill suspects that Emily is the one who changed everyone, and while the pink beauty mentions that it's a pretty good guess, it's not her. Alice hopes that it's not Shaggy again, though Emily doesn't suspect it to be him either, since these acts of randomness seem less "killier" than usual. Emily admits that the others have to find some answers to what exactly is going on.
In the Puppetopolis City Hall, the mayor is trying to calm everyone, but they won't stop worrying. when the mayor ultimately thinks that the city is screwed, a mysterious panther puppet named Nyx comes in and says that their change is an urban dream and that the supposed whereabouts were all in their imaginations; the change was just a mass case of toon-hysteria, and the other knowings and warnings are just common vacationing tones. In addition, the reason they were 2D toons was from a universal mix-up, much to the others panic. Carolyn is worried about whatever just happened. Emily, despite admitting what just happened was weird as well, she reluctantly agrees.
Fortunately, a time mahine is needed, allowing the Emily and Carolyn to relive their wacky shenanigans. The hijinks start off in their Grinch heist ( www.deviantart.com/crazychris6… ). Next is "Spring Fix" (www.deviantart.com/crazychris6… ). moving on to the Devilmania ( www.deviantart.com/crazychris6… ).
The timeline begins flowing smoothly until the two puppets reach Muppet's Night Out ( www.deviantart.com/crazychris6… ) where Amanda Ling mends the flow by asking why the girls look the way they do. Carolyn counters this by mentioning that Amanda wears chinese dresses all the time. Amanda Ling becomes irritated when she discovers the time machine is parked on top of her car. "Emily lies that the guys have screwed with the timestream and now have to relive their wacky adventures to fix everything that happened currently. Amanda Ling surprisingly wants to join the two in time travelling, hopping into the time machine with the other two. Carolyn immediately freaks out, stating that Amanda hasn't changed like them. Emily lets this slides, and considers that everything will be fine. that is until the Muppet studio outside begins crumbling out of reality, Carolyn tells everyone not to panic, promising to head back home now. The three are then transported to a retro version of MS Paint. After briefly turning back to normal, they appear in the forms of characters from a Sailor Moon game. Surprisingly, the girls are soon transported to the real world, being turned into real humans (Tara Strong portaying Emily, Lauren Donzis portraying Carolyn, and Lucy Liu portraying Amanda Ling). Amanda loves being a human. seeing herself to show off how beautiful she is now. Emily is anything but pleased, disturbed by how weird she was looking as a human, albeit still having her beauty. Carolyn tells everyone to calm down, and that everyone is getting out of here, before expressing doubts herself. The puppets are once again turned back to normal (except for Emily and Carolyn who were still toons), but have been displayed over various pieces of live action footage. Over clips of time-lapse footage of a busy city intersection, a fox prowling in the snow, and eggs being dropped in slow motion, Amanda questions whether Count Blueblood sucking his own blood counts as either "gay or vaccuum breathing".
The guys are put back in the outside of the Muppet Studio and immediately start running. The puppets pass through the Makamura household, crumbling , the Movie Show, also crumbing, and even a crumbling Pentagram City. i was seen in the decaying ruins of my hellhome, having become immensely brusied and claiming not to have seen them in 2 months. When they ignore me, i said that i could use some help. The trio end up back at the Strings Attached Hotel. Carolyn mentions that she never got a chance to fix the problem, since she was looking forward to it. The apartment itself begins crumbling, causing everyone to panic about the supposed "show's over". The only one not freaking out is Emily, who mentions that she "was hoping it would never come to this." Emily proceeds to goes to a Sega Genesis never before seen in her and Carolyn's room and ultimately pushes the reset button. The screen comes pitch black, flickers to a red curtain with no music, revealing the title of the Girly Fun show. The curtain opens up seeing the room, and the girls are revealed to have survived! Thanks to the reset however, they've all changed back into puppets. Emily pops up, and tells the rest of his crew that they are welcome.
