Digusa spend a majority of their lifetime underground digging tunnels. The only times it will resurface are to eat and if it senses the something in the mantle of the earth approaching it. Many scientists have studied the complex tunnels formed and have found out that Digusa seems to be connecting sources of food to the warmest parts of the mantle. Many people fear Digusa for it is said that it will emerge from the ground to swallow things whole. People and Pokemon have gone missing due to wandering inside Digusa's mouth. It will stick it's teeth out of the ground and the teeth are mistaken for rock formations causing the prey to wander in the middle to stare in awe at the "rock formations". This is known as Subterranean Bite, Digusa's signature move.
