It is also said to help people that have trouble sleeping. Many therapists actually use it with their patients as their patients instantly fall asleep when they lay their head on the wool. This Pokemon can be found with many other Pokemon sometimes sleeping on it. Ovisleep will sometimes expand its wool and begin rolling to bump it other Ovisleep or Pokemon to play with them. It will also use this to fight other Pokemon or predators as this move causes them to fall asleep. Once asleep, Ovisleep will run away. This move is known as Dream Roll.
