You'd think as a stubbornly avid shipper of CheesePie, I'd have totally hop onto the "canon with a child" train once the show ended (though, come on, there's no way I'm canceling my CheesePie babies, and no way I'd believe that Pinkie wouldn't have a big family, so the canon one is the youngest in my book). Buuuuuut, the reason I took so long to post this was because, well, that stupid debate.

So, my stance is that if I have to rely on a Tweet to get that kind of info about a character, sorry, that's bogus, and I'm sticking with what I saw on screen. So, as far as I'm concerned, Li'l Cheese is a girl, and anyone who tries to convince me otherwise can go shove it.

Still, I'm having a bit of fun in the confusion by having two Li'l Cheeses in the family--the girl Cream Cheese (often called Creamy), and the boy Cheese Slice (often called Slice), who broke the alliteration theme that their siblings had, haha. Because, hey, why not have both? Basically, they're two peas in a pod that are exactly the kind of kids you'd expect two party ponies to have, and get into quite a bit of goofy mischief together. Big brother Berry Blast is the only one who can outdo them in mischief (considering he often blew things up with his magic...). Their main difference is that Creamy is more into baking, and Slice is more into comedy (I've yet to come up with a good cutie mark for him, though).

I could have made Slice's design more like his sister's, but, come on, where's the fun in that?
