Looks just like a drawing of mine on my chemistry test paper
(just that the raccoon was a bit more... straight. as in thin and long and tail parallel to the ground and all feet on the same side.. looked like a limo LOL)

aw he has such a cute face I like that you're attempting new things like hand drawn backgrounds (it seems you have more patients than me!) but it seems you still haven't properly grasped how the shadow of a character should behave. the shadow is actually under the raccoon's feet in this picture, which you shouldn't be able to see if his feet are supposed to be touching the ground
