Jeez; what I have come to conclude from doing the Chiefs and Tokens so far is that...a) The colors of the tribes match the Power Puff Girls.
b) Crowded Water be needing some help; but Jatieno may pull Strelka and Ari together and fix em up, who knows
c) Crooked Tree is the whitest bunch of cheetahs; look at Fumo and that shabby wife-beater
d) Sunning Rock has fucking swagger; BOTH Kafil and Badiri are gorgeous mofo's with style and fashion sense
Now independently...

AS for the dog tags, I decided to put them on the higher ups as a sort of identification card to separate them from the lower ranks!
When I made the chief ones, I wanted them to have a military-like air to them while also making them sort of like ganglike? Because it made complete and utter sense to me XD so the dog tags were the best form of ids that I could think of ;u;
