Description
The shading's ugly because the paper shrinks my comics to twenty-five percent of their original size, and unless I do stark shading without any blending to make it look nice, nothing shows up. I want it to look nice in print, which unfortunately means I have to down-grade my shading a little bit.Related content

I love the concept here. It's really funny and definitely hits right at home with me.
But I just wanted to point out that the teacher's hand is wrong. The thumb should be on the other side of his hand, since it's the right hand.

I knew there was something off about that hand. Thank you for letting me know!

I love it.. this is my history class in a nutshell. This comic is so relatable, I think we've all had at least one class like this in our lives.

You know, this reminds me of my "high school" physics classes.
Mind you, it was held by a teacher who actually proved that 1 does not equal 1 (if one of my friends was telling me the truth)!
I've personally had enough problems just memorizing math formulas to use in problems, so when I was asked to memorise how to prove stuff, I just pulled out a sword and dared anyone to disprove what I was doing.
It didn't go so well

*Gasp* We proved 1 + 1 does not always equal 2 in my math class this year! Sometimes it equals 0. (It's how binary works.)
I imagine it didn't. We're not allowed to bring things with blades longer than half an inch to our schools...

Reminds me of my Spanish class, only instead of an old man it's an old woman with a fairly thick Castillian lisp.

My social science class went completely over my head the first two weeks, and so did my "studies in mathematics" class. (We had to prove that addition exists before we were allowed to use it).
I did start to get the hang of things later, thankfully.

Believe it or not, I'm supposed to be in a "basic" math class.

It's really not that bad, actually. Once I started looking at it as more of a "math philosophy" class, everything made a lot more sense. It's really just explaining why the different concepts in math work in different sets. (Like, sometimes you can't actually add 1 & 1 and get 2. Sometimes it's 0).
