This description would be huge so here's just the towns. Their naming theme is either 'the original name I gave the town', or if it didn't have a name, 'the first vaguely name-sounding thing to come to my head', which was how I named these things in the first place. In order of which the Player would visit them.

FIKA ISLAND
PEBBLESVILLE
West: Route 17 | South: Route 1
The starting town. Professor Rata's lab is here, as is the Player's house.

SIESMA CITY
West: Route 2 | South: Lil Cycle Road
A city on rocky ground. Ground type gym leader Gertrude is here.

IFARNA CITY
North: Ifarna Forest | East: Route 3
Gym leader Nermal. Uses normal types. Not much to say about this town. Gertrude and Nermal were the first gym leaders we designed.

CANYES TOWN
West: Route 3 | North: Lil Cycle Road | East: Route 4
The most agreeable town. Actually named for being between two mountainous areas. Rock gym leader Nugget.

THRUFA TOWN
West: Route 4 | North: Route 5 | South: Route 8
Just a small town the people pass through on their way to towns with gyms.

FAIN CITY
South: Route 6 (Surf only)
An ocean city only accessible via surf or by boat. The player must go to Oceanview City and earn Surf before it can go here. Water gym leader Seara is here. Fain City also has a boat to Crossing Dock, which can be accessed after the Elite Four.

OCEANVIEW CITY
West: Route 7 | East: Route 15 (Surf Only)
A beachside town where the player gets the Surf HM. Coda, who's gym has music themed mon, is here.

COLTOX CITY
North: Route 8 | Northeast: Route 12 | South: Route 9 (Surf Only)
The first city I thought of. It was originally an atoll, but it didn't fit with the region so it's here now. Kind of dark and gloomy but not quite. Originally the gym leader was an emo poison type chick. Now it's Lazarus, who uses ghost types.

DEMTRIS CITY
East: Route 9 (Surf Only) | North: Route 11 | West: Route 10
Route 10 just goes to the dock. Anyway, town near a mountain. Mount Pffggbht was a name of a mountain from an old crack fiction of mine. Blow a raspberry, that's how you pronounce "Pffggbht". There used to be a gym here but it moved, so there's probably some kind of pseudo-gym where you can get a cool mon or something. The legendary is probably up on the mountain too.

RICHINSHIRE
West: Route 12 | North: Big Cycle Road | East: Route 13
An exquisitely rich community where only rich people live. Gym leader Costington uses only rare pokemon.

GREATSKILL CITY
West: Route 13 | North: Route 14 | South: Route 16 (Surf Only)
The player actually visits Frostybuns City first, but can stop here if it wants. No badge here, just the gateway to the league. Player can go to Route 14, but can't cross through until it gets Ledge Leap from Frostybuns Gym.

FROSTYBUNS CITY
West: Route 15 (Surf Only) | South: Route 14
Cold place. Clarice the ice type gym leader is here.

AFAIA
POKEMOPOLIS
North: Route 16 (Surf Only) | West: Victory Road | East: Route G (Post Game Only)
A big city with many shops and towering skyscrapers. Got the Battle Tower and stuff. To the west is Victory Road and the Fon League. Victory Road would be super obnoxious and filled with so many trainers and use of HMs, but there would also be a special exit where you can skip all that and go straight to the E4. However, the Elite Four has pokemon levels way higher than what you've faced previously so you actually need to grind through the Long Way in order to win.

A town near the border of Fon and the main area of Kieshaland.

TWIGUTH TOWN
North: Route C | Southwest: Route D
…another town. I haven't put a lot of thought into this area, but will. I kind of just wait for inspiration to hit.

CRYPTOMBRE CITY
North: Route E | South: Route F | East: Route J
Yay another town with no notes! The name comes from the French name for a Neoshadow Heartless (Crypto Ombre). Between Cryptombre and Twiguth is heavily patrolled by Grand Horizon, as they have their "Study Park" and laboratory around here.

BALLADE AND SOLID ISLAND

This is a special event area, obtained after the player has obtained everything in the Fon Dex. If it finishes events on this island, it earns the Shiny Charm.

KUMQUAT ISLAND

The island where Tara, who runs this region's version of a PC, lives and works. Nonny's Day Care is also here. Yes, the Day Care can only be accessed post-game. This game discourages players from excessive breeding (most pokemon can be caught wild, with only Bioob requiring you to breed a mon for it).
