IMPORTANT: this design I adopted from Officer Scat/The Scatman on Discord, so while I own it now, it's not originally by me.

Mahamotu
Water Fire
The steam pokemon
Pindrop > Pinnimbus (use a water OR a fire stone)

Ability/s: Cloud Nine, Clear Body (H)
Stats: special attacker, but also quite bulky
Moves: water gun, ember, mist, bubble beam, brine, acid armour, defog, rain dance, sunny day, scald

Limestone: steam drifts from its nose and tail, creating a mist that always keeps its body damp. Clouds gather around its tail, which it likes to flick at passers-by.
Greenstone: it stores large quantities of water in its body, most of which it converts to steam. The blanket on its back always keeps it warm.

Gender Ratio: 50 50
Egg Group: water 1
Height: 1.8m (nose to tail)

Name Origin: pinniped + nimbus
Design: like its prevolution, I wanted to keep it close to Scat's original design because it was really cute, that's why i wanted it in the first place. It knew it would make a fine edition to Mahamotu and I do love this guy.
