Stats: 55, 45, 35, 110, 70, 90. -5 from all other stats to add on to Special Attack
Moves: no changes

Scoria: it became popular after the release of a certain movie, so people began excessively breeding them to capitalise on their popularity. These plusle constantly spark with lightning.
Pumice: it is no longer able to regulate its electricity, so bolts are often seen coming from its cheek pouches or sparking down its spine. It only lives for one or two years.

Gender Ratio: 50 50
Height: 0.4m

Design: when Tara and I first made this region when we were 12, we did a few extra plusle/minun clones. They were... shall we say, a product of their time. So in order to avoid offending multiple minority groups, I have condensed the four variations into two regional forms of Plusle and Minun instead. But they're more like Slowpoke and not true regional variants and just look sorta different. Plusle's original shiny kinda sucked so I made it better.
