NOLL is a evil robotic deity hellbent on destroying ALL magic from all of existence.
Thanks to space warping tech, NOLL may be the size of a printer on the outside, but it is actually the size of a industrial reactor on the inside.

Here is the massive central core of NOLL, and lemme just run down the parts of it:

1. The very top machine is where NOLL’s brain is stored, and the thing that allows NOLL to use it’s deity powers.

2. The very bottom machine is the infinite reactor that can power NOLL forever.

3. The big sphere in the middle is the NOLL-CORE, the one and only thing ever in existence that produces the ability to nollify - the ability to nullify ANY magic.
The core gives NOLL and all Nollmins weapons the same ability.

4. The machines on the sides give NOLL all it’s other abilities like creating more Nollmins, Nollmin sites, Nollmin weapons, immortality badges, and portal machines.
