This picture is of Rarity wearing the detective dress she had in the Pinkie Pie ending of "The Case of the Bedazzled Boot", and it's pretty much the only clear shot I could get of her that isn't in black-and-white.

In all honesty, I'm surprised no one has made vectors of Rarity in the detective dresses she wore in "The Case of the Bedazzled Boot". Not only was Rarity drop-dead gorgeous in her individual outfits, but she pretty much gives a reminder that detectives can also be fashionable.
