I can't help but feel sorry for Mrs. FJ. Sure, she's kinda overbearing and OCD, but that's just a biological compulsion programmed into every member of her species, presumably as a result of years upon years of evolution in response to some environmental factor that was so devastating as to force natural selection to favor workaholic germophobes, and she's being treated like an asshole for simply being herself.
Alternatively, she's just trying to live out her preferred lifestyle: she LIKES it orderly and clean, but unfortunately, she lives in a place where one can claim that smoking is good for the stomach or say they're going to just run around committing crimes and not get looked at funny. The message behind the stories involving her seem to be not so much "you do you, I do me, don't force your lifestyle on another person or group of people, but consider what they say" as they are "anyone who values peace, order, and cleanliness first and foremost is wrong and should be tormented until they break and turn hedonistic and destructive." Sure, it's kind of a dick move forcing her beliefs on her kids, but she has good intentions and most likely cares about their well-being.
