This base is NOT Paint-Friendly!
BIGGER version of my Previous Gardevoir Base
I still can't open or work on the Files of my old Dressup Games, BUT I can still retrace the artwork and turn some of them into bases! Doesn't have a bunch of fancy layers for eyes, hair and skirts though unfortunately...
You may:
Make and sell adopts, YES even for USD OR Points
Make personal characters and refsheets
Offer YCHs for sale
Edit and make new addon features
Make addon packs for free or sale
Convert it to other filetypes for others to use
