Woo. I can't help but think that this must be one shot among a thousand... to get it so right! The hair, the bubbles, the face... wow.

Wow, I'd say that technique turned out really well...the placement of the hair looks perfect, as if it were deliberate...
I wonder what would happen if something along these lines were recorded...then played in reverse...

*SQUEALS*
I love how vibrant her hair colour looks, and the textures at the top of the photo give the photo a feeling of depth, because at the bottom it's all black and that makes me feel like it's deeper under the water.
omg, all your work is so beautiful, you're the most talented photographer I've seen on here

once again a very impressive shot. the hairs movement ist captured very nicely. at first sight its hard to tell if its a liquid suroundig selina or if its a liquid that is just leaving her mouth. all this give a dynamic element to the picture, therefore a lot of movement is implicated. - without the use of motion blur or something. because of that, the image is cool and definitly worth a fav+. thanks for sharing this, big thanks for the given information about the picture.

This is extremely innovative and beautiful, I just wish you cropped in a bit tighter from the top to omit some of the jagged pieces of stuff (glass?).

I can think of few occasions where a camera has been put to better use.
This is brillant - unique, high quality and visually beautiful.
I love the colours - the reds of selina and the slight greenishness of the background, and the sense of still motion.
It makes me think of a silent scream but with the enegry of an audible one.
Truly exceptional work creatyves. Good to see excellence instead of "running of the mill"

Nice composition.
Great choice of using a red head (was it planned?). I think if it was a blonde or brunette one, would have made a difference in a bad way. So, kudos to you.
The top part doesnt bother me much...for in real photography, What you saw is what we see

hey there...
thank you very much.
Yes, it was planned i just thought it'd look nice...
and about the the texture on the top..thank you! you're the first one who says something about it that is positive...i just thought it would look too fake without it..
what you saw ist what you see...exactly..

I love that hair colour, really makes the picture stand out. The form of the bubble is very peculiar.

Omg this is amazing. Apart from the unbelievable fact that *it's underwater*, I love the pose and her red hair. Really fierce, like not even being submerged would extinguish her fire. Just a breathtaking shot.

woha, the idea is very cool. since i haven't seen anything like that here, it must be very very original. i like original stuff!! and of course like every time it is technically perfect !!
what bothers me a bit is the top which seems so undefinable. might be dirt or the background.
i think it would have been cool to have her eyes uncovered - it would make the picture a bit more expressive! or even take the shot in a portraitish view.
well just my toughts.
awesome idea and execution tough.

Great work on capturing the action. I really like how the air bubbles came out. The only critique I have on this picture is that the top could use some cropping. I'm not sure if you left because of the lack of headspace but the top seems a bit out of focus and inconsistent with the picture. Otherwise, this is an excellent picture. I'll add it to my favs.

this is very nice!
the only thing that bothers my eye as i look at this image is the top where the tank seems to be dirty.
other than that....this is pretty frickin' sweet man!!!

in a wet, silent scream that no one hears.

err, I meant to ask this earlier, but how exactly did you do this? you mentioned an aquarium.. I'm curious how you got her in it so flawlessly. ehheh.. and what's that where the black receeds at the top of the image?

wow.. incredible. scary, but incredible. (I can't swim )
I agree, the red hair does wonders for this.. you really should get prints made up of this one. I bet you it'd be a big big seller.
wonderful work, as usual. ^_^

this is very vibrant. I feel like she could start moving again at any second, and I can hear her screaming out. The red hair is wonderful for this shot, as well.
