Rider: some guy..(I was too busy photographing
)This is the next piece of my "MX-Series", made @ the freestyle.ch in Zurich.
I made about 550 shots in those 3 days (puhh, i'm glad my camera's a digital
)This picture jumped right on me when i looked'em trough, so i tought i should submit it..
The only thing that bothers me a bit is the sky..Well, you can't control weather, i guess..
Hope some of you like actionpics like this...

Heaps of colour saturation in this, but I think the bright colours suit this action packed shot.

Awesome composition, gives such a sense of height. Love the contrast between the packed crowd low down and the solitary person in the sky
I think the fast shutter speed was a good choice too. Freazing the rider really makes him look still (obviously) and brings out the height of the jump.

Wow this is great. I really love it. And I like the sky, it doesn't distract you from everything else. The colors are beautiful.. and I know its got to be nice to have a digi camera.. I burn through rolls of film like fire through wood... or something o.O

Yea, the colors jump right out. The rider is so brightly colored and dynamically shaded that he looks like a cel shaded cartoon.

Yes, don't you just wish you could direct the weather like a model? Yeah, that's great, now just give a wisp of cloud and leave all the rest blue...that's it! Perfect!
This is a great action shot. Just exactly how high is this guy in the air...it doesn't look like you took it from an angled up view. And tell me that there was some safety net for if there wasn't this guy is crazy

hehe great capture.... I love the crowd, they are (obviously) all looking up.... you could put an elephant (or some other impossible thing) instead of the biker... it would become a funny art pic....
