Very cool. Where I live in Cambridge, there are a lot of parks and places where people go at night, sit around and have a drink, listen to music, and demonstrate things like this. Real nice shot, good work!

I love it, I guess you had it as a long exposer. Very awsome, I intend to do some fire photo's as well. Keep up the good work.

very much enjoying the use of vertical panoramic to give the idea of fire dissapation... others have mentioned the startling presence of the signature... but i think this shot would do well as the cover piece for a series, and included in teh series a version with a smaller signature... jsut my thought, but the impact of this shot is so incredible that it does well as a first in a series.
all in all, deserving of my ... well earned!

Thats very cool (:
I like the amount of empty space at the top.. I certainly found myself eagerly anticipating whatever was going to happen once I got past all the black..
The fire ball thing at the bottom looks fantastic - you can really get a sense of the depth it has by looking at it (As opposed to a set of relatively flat looking blurs).

Excellent concept, and well excecuted photograph. I like the composition. Perhaps a bit taller than I'd have done it, but the result is still great. Brilliant work.

i'm currently listening to A Dream as A Memory by Tycho and for somereason the feeling of this image and the feeling of the song match, it's beautiful yet strange. It almost brings a tear to my eye...

hi.
gute idee, genial umgesetzt.
coole farben & farbuebergaenge.
einziges manko: ich finde die signatur ein wenig uebertrieben,
aber ueber geschmack laesst sich ja bekanntlich streiten...
simply good work.
mach weiter so

This is absolutely amazing! I love how the black space of the sky pans down to the blazing sphere of fire. It makes it so effective. More inescapable in a way. And it makes the figure look so small and helpless, not only surrounded by a fiery cage, but also dwarfed by that black immensity above it. It is such a beautiful shot...
