Maybe, maybe not; Phineas is KINDA aware on matters of romance (Like, "That Sinking Feeling" or "Summer Belongs to You"), but however, he probably doesn't know how to deal with romance when HE'S involved.

Maybe he DOES know what Isabella's love for him, but doesn't know it himself.

Eh, I don't think he's actually aware of his feelings, I think he looks at romance the same way a scientist looks at experiment. He observes things labeled "romance" and takes notes, occasionally doing research when needed.

Despite this, I think he's going to end up knowing Isabella's feelings towards him when the time comes...Phineas just seems like the kind of guy who is never surprised by anything.

And yet he ALMOST understands Candace & Jeremy's and Ferb and Vanessa's relationship in some way. Perhaps he's too young to fully understand how to be in a relationship.


Well, if you saw that trailer for ATSD, he sounded pretty about discovering Perry's identify. Again, who knows?
