Wow... after reading this page, Allebas immediately reminded me of Azula from Avatar the Last Airbender.
Does that mean, considering Nehcterg's apparent robot legs, that she has disobeyed Allebasi twice?

Well, during the eariler time of her reign, Allebasi allowed Nehcterg to become her second in command which, as like all assistants like Jafar, she was driven to become queen.
However, Allebasi was MUCH stronger and cut off her legs as punishment. Afterwards, Nehcterg fears her loss of the rest of her limbs and respects her queen for building her robot legs to survive.
