This made me think of a scenario in my head where the Phinbella Cult kidnaps him RIGHT at that moment and blows up the DJ station. Back at HQ, his interrogator asks him when his birthday is. Also Ferbs, Candace's, Linda's, and Lawrence's. Finally, he asks when is Isabella's birthday and Phineas doesnt get it until his interrogator flat out says that today is Isabella's birthday and he forgot.
