Actually. . . I'm not entirely certain Deadpool could grow another kidney!! I mean - he stole a pancreas from one of his archrivals who also went through the Weapon X program, and that guy chases him forever trying to get it back. Even though the wound had healed, he hadn't grown a new pancreas! So, I'm thinkin' maybe they have infinite cell production (healing) but not regeneration!!
. . . Not that it really matters. . . I mean, we are talking about fictional characters here. . .And you can live pretty well with only one kidney.
