Same as with 'It was a long night', the sky is beautiful, but the foreground is pretty static and uninteresting.

The silhouette here is lovely, and that's a great sky to photograph. However, the picture looks a little dark. Maybe it was at the time you photographed it? Also, the sky looks a bit grainy...which is odd since the silhouette is so sharp and beautiful. Maybe it's just the camera.
